In addition to commercials featuring Kenjiro Tsuda and Kazuhiko Inoue, there have been an increasing number of voice actor✕ food and beverage collaborations, such as the development of jointly developed products with voice actor agencies and the distribution of food and beverage comparisons.
This is a great opportunity for the voice actor industry to combine food and beverage collaborations with a deeper level of expertise. This is because a significant number of voice actors have specialized qualifications in food and beverage. In this article, we would like to focus on these voice actors and their expertise!

Many have certifications related to food and beverages, such as voice actor industry, nutritionist, sommelier, etc!

The Seiyu industry is full of unique individuals. The results of our survey revealed that there are many people with various qualifications related to food and beverages. We would like to introduce five categories of licenses and qualifications!

1. Voice Actors with Licensed Cook Qualifications

There is great potential for collaboration between voice actors with cooking licenses and food-related businesses.
Demonstrations utilizing their expertise and cooking skills, recipe development, and cooking classes could be considered. Also, by combining the speaking skills and popularity of a voice actor with the credibility of a chef, cooking planning programs that appeal to a wide range of audiences can be realized. Furthermore, tie-ins with animated characters and incorporating the unique direction of voice actors would allow for attractive and credible programs that are distinctly different from traditional food events.
Many more people than expected possessed the qualifications, so why not consider planning and seeing what they have to offer?

Some voice actors are certified nutritionists and dietitians.. These people have solid food knowledge and are valuable human resources who can provide appropriate advice from a nutritional standpoint. Why not use voice actors who are certified nutritionists for food-related events, video production, planning, etc.? Combining their expertise with their appeal as voice actors could create more appealing and credible content.
