What is Yo-Yo Tsuri?
Yo-yo Tsuri is translated as yo-yo fishing or yo-yo scopping. It is a game of catching water yo-yos and yo-yo balloons with a hook.
A water yo-yo is a rubber balloon filled with water and air and held together with a rubber string, which moves up and down with the elasticity of the rubber.
It is a staple at festivals, fairs(ennichi), and summer festivals in Japan.
